Your personal data provided above (Name, CPF, Telephone and Email) and the comments above will be stored for control by Blok Impermeabilizers/Souza Filho Impermeabilizers based on the company's legitimate interest (statistics, review of processes, abuse by the owner).

This data will be DELETED 6 months after the last use. In addition to these informed data, we also collect the DATE/TIME/the e-mail service and the address of the equipment that generated this request. Responses will be sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Owner in an encrypted file. You will receive a password to open the file on your cell phone.

(1) Access will be provided via e-mail response.
(2) Personal data associated with supply contracts, guarantees and legitimate company interest will not be deleted. The incumbent will receive a response with justification.
(3) To revoke consent to the use of personal data, the holder will receive a link/e-mail containing the consents used, date of consent, address of the equipment that generated this request, and also DATE/TIME.
